Let me ask you an important question for a Christian who wants to follow Jesus closely.
How in your day-to-day life are you tackling God's desire for you to listen to his advice and do what he commands? Do you have a plan or method to caringly understand and do all of his will for you?

God promised the Israelites that if they would be careful to follow every one of his commands, they would be the “head and not the tail, always be at the top, never at the bottom”.

CONFIDENCE WHEN YOU NEED IT MOST!
Sooner or later – and most likely sooner! – you, just like every other believer, are going to need to talk to God about something going on in your life. It’ll be one of those things that often come along – you won’t really have a choice, you will be in a situation that requires his help in order for you to avoid great pain!

There is stuff you know you need – spiritual, financial, or relationship issues, and on and on. If you don’t go to the throne and get it, you very possibly won’t get what you want or need at all (ex: “You don’t have because you don’t ask” James 4:2b).
